TSD Boron Nitride Thermal Coating (High
temperature BLUE version)
1.
Assure the object surface is clean
and free of oil/grease.
2.
Shake TSD BN can well until hearing shaker ball inside rocking.
3.
Pre-heat the application surface up to 75℃~125℃.
4.
Spray the TSD BN coating onto the pre-heated surfaces and work on small area
at a time
5.
Re-heat the coated area (the liquid coating will evaporate and finished in a
white dry layer.
6.
Repeat step #3 until entire surface are evenly coated.
Caution:
1. Avoid rubbing the
surface when coating surface contacted with water.
2.
Avoid touching the coating surface with hand when hot.
3.
Recommend TSD coating on intercooler, turbo chargers.
4.
Keep out
of reach of children. Do not spray directly to fire, the impellent gas
is flammable.
TSD Boron Nitride Thermal Coating (Red
Version)
•
Assure the
coating object surface is clean and free of oil/grease.
•
Shake TSD BN can well until hearing shaker ball inside
rocking.
•
Evenly spray onto the object surface and let it dry.
•
Assure the entire surface is covered by TSD Coating.
Caution:
Keep out
of reach of children.
Do not
spray directly to fire, the impellent gas is flammable.
